The first time you use it, you have to squeeze firmly in order to get the product to penetrate the foam, domed applicator. The tube feels hollow and empty, and to use the product you have to twist the brown plastic section under the applicator, and the product then seeps through the sponge, to work as the best contour product. The packaging is quite big, so I was really surprised that it only contains 12ml of product. It has really sleek packaging, with a bronze coloured plastic tube, a rose gold plastic lid and a sponge applicator where the product seeps through, so you can apply the contour makeup directly to the skin.
